Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you may cancel or seek a refund for a service purchased through the Thleng Ta! (Thlengta) Platform, which is owned and operated by Enfuego Tech Store.
Platform Owner
Enfuego Tech Store owns and operates Thleng Ta!/Thlengta. Thlengta is a digital software service, not a separate legal entity. Physical-product shipping, return, replacement, and warranty terms do not apply.
1. Cancellation Request Period
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 calendar days of placing the order for a Service. Because Thleng Ta! is delivered digitally, a cancellation request may not be entertained where access to the purchased subscription, plan, or add-on has already been activated and materially used.
Where recurring billing is available, you may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal and does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
2. Service Issues
If the purchased Service is defective, inaccessible after successful payment, not activated, or materially different from the Service shown on the Platform, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 7 calendar days of purchase or activation. After receiving all information required to verify the account, payment, and issue, Enfuego Tech Store will communicate its decision within 5 business days.
3. Non-Applicable Physical Product Terms
Thleng Ta! does not sell or ship physical goods. Terms concerning doorstep rejection, perishable goods, damaged physical items, product replacement, exchanges, returns, manufacturers' warranties, courier delivery, or postal delivery do not apply to purchases made through the Platform.
4. How to Submit a Request
Send cancellation or refund requests to thlengtaapp@gmail.com. Include your registered account email, workplace or business name, date and amount of payment, transaction reference, and the reason for the request. Do not send passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs, CVV, banking passwords, or one-time passwords.
5. Approved Refunds
If approved refund, refund will be credited to the original payment method within a 5-7 working days.
6. Partial Refunds
If a paid Service has been partially delivered or used, Enfuego Tech Store may approve a proportionate partial refund after reviewing the service period used, benefits delivered, applicable taxes, discounts, and the reason for the request. A partial refund is not guaranteed and remains subject to applicable law.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, widespread telecommunications or power failure, or disruption of banking and payment networks. Where appropriate, we will reasonably assist with rescheduling, service restoration, credit, or refund review.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram, without limiting mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
