1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Enfuego Tech Store, GSTIN 15EZAPR6687D1Z1, and its affiliates (collectively, “Enfuego Tech Store”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, share, protect, store, or otherwise process your information and personal data through thlengta.com (the “Platform”). Enfuego Tech Store owns and operates Thleng Ta! (Thlengta), which is its product and service brand and not a separate legal entity. You may browse certain sections of the Platform without registering.

We do not offer the Platform's services outside India, and personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting the Platform, providing information, or availing any service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, applicable service terms, and the laws of India relating to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Collection

We collect personal data when you use the Platform or Services or otherwise interact with us during our relationship. Information may include your name, address, telephone or mobile number, email address, account and workplace information, staff and attendance records, location information, IP address, browser type, device information, usage and interaction data, support communications, and transaction details.

With your consent, we may collect information needed for optional or security-related features, including facial features represented as mathematical Face ID descriptors, Workplace ID photographs and descriptors, and precise location information for attendance verification. Payment-instrument information is collected and processed by the payment provider selected at checkout; Thleng Ta! does not store full card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

You may choose not to provide information by not using the relevant feature, although access to that feature may then be affected. We may collect information about your use, preferences, transactions, and interactions with the Platform and compile information on an aggregated basis. Information collected directly by third-party business partners is governed by their privacy policies, which you should read before disclosing information.

If you receive an email or call from anyone claiming to represent Enfuego Tech Store and requesting a debit or credit card PIN, CVV, net-banking password, mobile-banking password, UPI PIN, or one-time password, do not provide it. If you have already disclosed such information, report it immediately to the relevant financial institution and law-enforcement authority.

3. Usage

We use personal data to provide the Services you request, operate owner, manager, and staff accounts, verify attendance, manage workplaces and subscriptions, process transaction status, provide support, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, customize your experience, communicate service updates, detect and protect against errors, fraud, and other unlawful activity, enforce our terms and conditions, analyze and improve the Platform, and meet legal requirements.

Where we use personal data for optional marketing, we will provide a way to opt out. Access to a feature may be affected when information or permission required to operate that feature is not provided.

4. Sharing

We may share personal data within our group entities and affiliates where necessary to provide Services. We may disclose limited personal data to workplace owners and authorized managers, payment providers, hosting and technology providers, email and notification providers, identity or authentication providers, AI service providers used by MetriX, professional advisers, and other service partners where required to operate the Platform.

We may disclose personal data to government agencies or authorized law-enforcement agencies where required by law or where reasonably necessary to respond to a court order, subpoena, or other lawful process. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, investigate fraud or unlawful activity, respond to claims involving third-party rights, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of users or the public. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies and Platform Storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep users signed in, maintain account security, remember workplace and PWA login context, apply device verification, store theme and interface preferences, remember notification settings, and retain relevant local application state. Payment providers may use their own cookies when their checkout is opened.

Authentication cookies may persist until you sign out, use a security or logout-all-devices control, or the session expires or is revoked under our security settings. Staff PWA and workplace-context data may remain on the device to support device verification and portal recovery. You may remove cookies or local storage through browser settings, but doing so may sign you out, remove preferences, or require account or device recovery. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security Precautions

To protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, or misuse, we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures. Once information is in our possession or whenever you access account information, we follow security guidelines designed to protect it against unauthorized access and use secure server connections.

Transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure for reasons beyond our control. By using the Platform, you accept the inherent risks of internet data transmission. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, passwords, PINs, and devices.

7. Data Deletion and Retention

You may request account or personal-data deletion by writing to the contact information below. Account deletion may result in loss of access and associated information. We may refuse or delay deletion while a grievance, claim, payment matter, security investigation, legal obligation, or other required service matter remains pending.

We retain personal data no longer than reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. We may retain information where necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, resolve disputes, enforce rights, maintain legally required attendance, transaction, tax, or accounting records, or for other legitimate purposes. We may retain anonymized data for analytics and research.

8. Your Rights

You may access, rectify, and update personal data through the available Platform functionality. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. We may verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Staff requests concerning records controlled by their workplace should first be directed to the relevant workplace owner or employer.

We aim to acknowledge a complete privacy request within 2 business days and provide a response within 30 calendar days, subject to identity verification, the complexity of the request, and any longer or different period permitted or required by applicable law.

9. Consent

By visiting the Platform or providing information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing described in this Privacy Policy. If you provide personal data relating to another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and permit us to process that information in accordance with this Policy.

You may withdraw consent by writing to the Grievance Officer using the contact details below with the subject “Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data”. We may verify a request before acting on it. Withdrawal is not retrospective and remains subject to the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law. We may restrict or deny Services for which the withdrawn information is necessary.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. Enfuego Tech Store does not control and is not responsible for the content or independent privacy practices of those third-party services.
